have served for over 25 years in nonprofit, educational and healthcare settings. My hospice roles have included grief counselor, spiritual care provider and healing touch comfort therapist. In addition to my private practice with individuals and couples, I have served as a faculty member at Harmony Hill Retreat Center, where I facilitated cancer support retreats and cancer wellness groups at local hospitals. I enjoy teaching and presenting in a variety of settings and organizations.

Graduate degrees in transpersonal psychology from the Institute for Transpersonal Psychology, and counseling psychology from Saint Martin’s University, equip me with a foundation from which to offer practical clinical skills, as well as the power of archetypal, metaphorical and spiritual meaning-making. Additionally, I have earned certifications as an interfaith spiritual director and guided autobiography Instructor. The interface of BodyMindSpirit provides wise counsel for life’s many transitions, as does the mystery and timeless wisdom of nature.

Viewing our journeys as opportunities for life review, meaning-making, integration, healing and enriched connection, I offer a service of attentive witnessing, curious inquiry and creative skill-building. As a compassionate presence, I commit to listening deeply with the ear of my heart. I value and encourage the complex range of human emotion—especially the tears, a-ha! moments, gratitude and laughter that arise.

The Pacific Northwest has been my lifelong home. I currently live in Olympia, WA and enjoy gardening, camping, hiking, writing and making art. I retreat frequently to the forests, meadows, lakes and sea that replenish and inspire me.
